Most IT trouble gives you warning first. A drive starts throwing errors. A server fills up. A machine quietly misses three months of updates. We watch for those signs and act on them, which is the whole point.
How it works
We put monitoring agents on your machines. They report back on disk health, update status, antivirus, backups and the other things that tend to fail quietly. When something looks wrong we get an alert and deal with it, usually remotely and usually before it turns into your problem.
When you do need to reach us, you call or email and you get one of us. We are reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the year, because a server does not know it is Sunday.
What we cover
Workstations, servers, firewalls, switches, access points, printers. If it has an address on your network and your business depends on it, it goes on the list.
Who this suits
Businesses with roughly five to a hundred machines. Enough IT that ignoring it costs you real money, not enough to justify paying someone to sit in the building full time.
