The right question is not what AI can do. It is which job in your week takes four hours, follows the same steps every time, and nobody enjoys. That is where this pays for itself. Everything else is a science project.
What that looks like in practice
Pulling reference numbers and descriptions out of a supplier catalog and into your own system. Sorting incoming documents and filing them where they belong. A search tool that answers questions from your own records instead of making you dig through a shared drive.
We will tell you when the answer is no
Plenty of problems are better solved with a spreadsheet, a template or ten minutes of someone’s time. If that is your situation we will say so. We would rather lose the project than build you something that needs babysitting forever.
