Security that is actually turned on
Multi factor authentication, conditional access, sensible sharing rules. Microsoft gives you the tools in the license you already own. They just are not on by default, and most businesses never switch them on.

If you handle patient or client data, the paperwork matters as much as the configuration. We put Business Associate Agreements in place and configure the tenant to match what you have signed up to.
